Lattice

I made these lattice cards after watching Gina from Gina K Designs make them.  I have made a much simpler version several times so seeing this I was excited to try it.  I broke out my white cardstock and cut a bunch of 1/4 inch strips then used the non stitched rectangle from master layouts 2.  I pulled out my Gina K stencil and went to work blending.  I simply blended with a brush the whole stencil 2 times then cut out the flowers and leaves.  I love the way these turned out and will be making alot more with different stencils, die cuts and stamps.

Happy Birthday

I made this project using the stitched cake dies from spellbinders.  I also used a foil panel and foil form pinkfresh studios and the word dies are from stampin up.  I love the stitching on the cake, I almost did not do any stitching but had to try and I am so glad I did.  The toner panels and foil both from pinkfresh studios work so well with my heat source which is a laminator.  I love the pink foil and the picture doesnt show at all the beautiful shine that is achieved just using the it.  Literally takes seconds to have a gorgeous background pattern ready to use.  I will be submitting this project to the following challenges:

Birthday surprise

I made this project using the surprise gift stamp set and dies from hero arts.  I love the package in this set, its so easy to make this pop up surprise element with just a cut to the card panel and popping it up with some dimensionals.  I think its an adorable little stamp set and can see it getting used frequently for many different kinds of cards.  The colors used are pool party, fresh fresia, highlamd heather and lemon lolly from stampin up.  My card base is made from basic white thick, also from stampin up.  I will be submitting this project to the following challenges:

Emboss Resist background

I made this project with a boho blue card base and a basic white thick panel of cardstock 4 x 5 1/4 and another thick white panel that was stamped and ink blended at 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 but cut down to 5 x 3 3/4 for the front of my card.  I stamped the entire image which are multiple butterflies from stampin ups butterfly brilliance in versamark then sprinkled it with white embossing powder, heated and blended color on with blending brushes.  I used 3 of stampin ups in colors for 2023-25, wild wheat, moody mauve and boho blue.  I wrapped linen thread 3 times and tied a bow.  I used the new thoughtful expressions dies for my label for the sentiment on wgich I also stamped a few abstract impression flowers on also.  I am very happy with my diy background, this stamp is perfect for doing emboss resist with either ink blending or watercolor.  I will be submitting this project to the following card challenges.

Bokeh Dots

I made this project using basic white thick cardstock and basic black cardstock.  I also used white ink with a sponge dauber and masking paper with 3 different sized circles cut out.  I then added the shiny black and silver embellishments.  It was so easy to get the bokeh look using the white craft ink and then heat embossing the white sentiment on the front also.  I will be submitting to the following challenges.

Let it Snow

I made this project by stamping snowflakes on a scrap of watercolor paper in versamark ink.  I then covered in white embossing powder and heat set.  I then used balmy blue, boho blue, azure afternoon and pool party inks to faux water color all over the panel.  After allowing that to dry for about 5 minutes I die cut the shapes from the new perennieal postage dies (early order for demonstrators).  I used stampin dimensional to give the die cut postage stamps a little lift then stamped the let it snow in 3 of the 4 colors deciding not to use pool party.  I must say this is one of my favorite cards ever and can already see I will be using these dies so much!! There are multiple sizes and even rectangle and some squares.  I highly recommend and if you bundle with the stamp set you can save 10%.  If anyone is interested in these dies or anything else from stampin up please reach out to me I am happy to help.  I will be submitting to the following challenges:
